The Shindisi Residence Villa has been built and decorated to meet refined taste of our potential guest. We aim to attract those who appreciate baroque, art nouveau, Vintage styles and Original art paintings , while love the comfort of modern achievements, in particular quality of bed / Mattress and bed linen to guarantee the sweet rest . We also provide additional services (at extra cost) Breakfast bakery supply, Chefs Visits , day trips , car rental, airport transfers, Dentist visits etc. The space Enjoy our heated swimming pool and during the hot summer days and comfortably cool summer evenings here, rich with fresh air, while there is a lack of oxygen in downtown. We are about 970meter above the sea level . During cold seasons indoor fireplace in our cellar is the main attraction. Smell of burning wood and natural hit, with a cup of tea or even a glass of great Georgian wine, will ensure to bring great memories and great conversations , while some of you can having fan with playing pool or Poker. The Villa has an insulation and gets heated by central heating which makes your bedrooms nice warm. We also have AC in the bedrooms but during the summer we encourage guests to sleep in open window , letting oxygen rich fresh air in, rather then inhaling freon from AC. Guest access Our Cellar room would be the perfect spot for the group members to gather to have some activities together. For those who has some distance work to do , there is a Living room where one can get isolated in a quiet environment and focus of a job . During summer time our swimming pool and surrounding space , equipped with sun beds and sofas ,is the most useful area Other things to note Most of our neighbors are a full nest segment. Families with children , pets etc.. We respect each other privacy and our neighbors will be expecting the same from our guests . It doesn't mean to get very quiet (nearest residential house is only about 100 meters away) but my favour to ask is not to be too loud . Regarding the safety of the Villa we request our guests not to leave the doors and windows open if they decide to go out . The reason is that *Sudden rain might get through the windows and door and damage the floor , *Sudden Wind can take the curtains out and get damaged . * Unwanted visitors (mice for example) might get inside the Villa and it won't be easy job to catch them )) . Please don't get surprised to hear about mice ( Not Rats of course) . Wherever we have big lang plot with glass field , there always is a risk of being mice presented. We do take measures against them but I can not guarantee there there won't be any. We hosted many groups here and so far non of them reported having seen mouse so no need to worry about ). our check out time is 12:00 noon but on the day of the check out our cleaners start work at 11:00 am starting with bedrooms . guests can remain till 12:00 ( or whenever possible till 13:00/14:00) in the cellar floor or living room or in the garden whenever whether permitting.
