Modern Beach House - close to Giants

This new and modern beach house sits in a quiet neighborhood just around the corner from Mandurah's best beaches. • 5-10 min drive to 3 of the Giants. • 500 metres to popular swimming and surfing beach, Avalon Bay • 100 metres to Village Beach (playground, picnic,BBQs, canals, drop crab pots, swim) • 1km to the cut (fishing, dolphin spotting) • 250 metres to General Store, Liquor Store, Cafe & Patisserie • 3-minute drive to shopping centre, restaurants, take-away, bottleshop and pubs. The space Our home is bright and airy. We’ve aimed to create a relaxed space - the photos don’t do it justice. The kitchen, dining, and lounge is open plan and leads out onto the backyard patio with big glass sliding doors. The patio has a small grill BBQ, 6-seat outdoor table and day bed over looking the garden. We recommend guests spend their time exploring the beautiful beaches but for those lazy days or evenings, we have high-speed internet, a great sound system, and an insane choice of streaming services (Netflix, Kayo, Stan, Disney+, Amazon Prime). The house is designed to stay cool in summer and we can guarantee it never feels hot even in 30+ degree days. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and each has its own bathroom. We've designed our house so that we can truly relax when we're at home - and now we'd like to offer that to you when we're not around to enjoy it ourselves. When this house isn't occupied by guests we live in it full-time, so please keep that in mind :) Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for a few areas where we will be storing our belongings (we only list the house when we go away and live in it the rest of the time). The garage, master bedroom robe, and office will be unavailable. Guests may access pantry items but we ask that they please replace what they use.
