The space Living room: There is a stylish and comfortable seating group, dining table and chairs, television, satellite receiver, wi-fi for internet access, air conditioning in the living room with a carefully designed open kitchen. The living room leads to a balcony with a view of the Azmak River. There is a table and chairs and a single swing on the balcony. Kitchen: The modern American kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, tea maker, dinnerware, cutlery, pans, pots, glasses, kitchen utensils and appliances. Bedrooms : 1st Bedroom : Our room is upstairs and has 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, balcony 2nd Bedroom : There are two single beds, a wardrobe, a dresser, air conditioning, a balcony with a view of the Azmak river. 3rd Bedroom: There is a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe. 4th Bedroom: Our room is downstairs and has a separate entrance. From the poolside, you can go to a small open kitchen and a living room, and from the living room, you can go to this room. The downstairs living room has air conditioning, dining table and chairs, TV, bathroom/toilet on that floor, small refrigerator , washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, a nightstand, an iron, a baby bed and a high chair. Pool : The pool dimensions of the villa with a private swimming pool are : 7m x 4m. and the depth is 1.50 m. Garden : There is a sun terrace by the pool, 4 sun loungers, sun umbrella, table and chairs for 4 people, and a barbecue. A security deposit of TL 5000 is taken at the entrance of the villa. After the villa is checked at check-out, the deposit is refunded if there are no problems. Internet : Our villa has Wi-Fi for internet access. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions due to excessive user loading due to service providers and due to the seasonal busyness. Our service : Our villa is delivered to our guests in a clean way. Other things to note Damage Deposit: A temporary deposit of 5000 TL is collected at the beginning of the reservation for possible damages to the villa and its contents during the rental period. In the inspection to be made before leaving the house, if there is no damage, missing, loss, etc. in the fixtures and items of the house that was delivered in good condition, the deposit will be returned.
