Located in a gated community with a private beach. Bon Fires are authorized on the private beach, please bring your owner fire ring. Starter pack of paper & cleaning products supplied, plenty for a one week stay. There will be individually wrapped body soaps, Santa Cruz County does not permit single use plastic toiletries. Pets allowed, 1 pet max with additional pet rent $200 There is no washer/dryer in this property. If you rent for a week, housekeeping will drop off fresh towels once during your stay. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED, except in designated properties.
