The apartment offers everything you need to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable: 2 comfortable bedrooms - 1 double bed and 1 single bed, both with air conditioning, ceiling fans, closet and bathroom; A fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker), living room with TV and ceiling fan, comfortable dining room for 6 people, balcony with view to the Caribbean Sea, internet service and a washer machine. We do not have a designated parking, but you can park easily and safe in the street for free. If required, we can have an air mattress for a 4th person. Guests have total access to the whole apartment. We respect guests' privacy. But if you ever have any questions or need anything, just send us message and we'll answer right away. Also, we will be available on calls, via Airbnb platform or telephone text. This special space provides you the opportunity of getting the best of both worlds, tranquility to relax inside and the greatest outdoor activities at the best location. Visitors staying in the Colonial Zone will find that everything is within easy walking distance, such as pharmacy, supermarket, post office, transportation services, stores and much more. You will be living and walking on the streets of the oldest city of America, declared Word Heritage Site by UNESCO. We recommend taking a cab from the airport and using Uber or taxi while you stay at Zona Colonial. This is a true walkable location and area where everything you need is a short walk away. Renting a car is not necessary unless you're planning on a road trip. The apartment doesn't have parking but have free parking in the street. We will be glad to arrange a taxi transfer with our fabulous taxi driver from ArriveRD (@arrive_rd). They drive a comfortable minivan, speak Spanish and English. They also drive you wherever you want to go within the city. This is a great option if you want to see the Columbus lighthouse, the caves, more museums or the botanical garden. Pets are not allowed. We expect guests to respect the building's rules and other tenants. Please notice: For stays longer than one month (30+ days), the electricity fee is included up to RD$5,000.00. Consumptions above this amount must be covered by the guests. So, we recommend saving energy and avoiding excess consumption. No loud music played in the apartment nor the complex NO parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behavior. NO smoking in the apartment nor the premises.
