Farm located in the rural area of Itu, at km 68.5 of the Presidente Castello Branco Highway, about 1 hour from São Paulo. Totally private location, situated in a gated community, ideal for relaxing and socializing with friends and family. The space 5,000 m2 farmhouse with swimming pool, soccer field, barbecue area, wood-burning oven, pool table, ping pong table and foosball. The house accommodates up to 14 people: it has 3 en-suites with a double bed in each + 8 extra mattresses. The space also has 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet, as well as a living room, kitchen, laundry room and kennel. In addition, we have high-speed fiber optic internet (120 MB). Other things to note We do not offer cleaning products, toiletries, charcoal, or firewood. These items must be provided by guests.
