Our fully furnished accommodation in Patong offers an affordable and comfortable stay, suitable for couples, solo travelers, and business guests. Each room features a king-size bed with sheets and duvet, free Wi-Fi (94.5 Mbps download, 96 Mbps upload), a private bathroom with a lukewarm water heater, elevator access, and 24/7 CCTV. The space The maximum number of guests for this room is 2 persons. The management reserves the right to deny the additional guests upon check-in. The price are inclusive of water and electric utilities charges. Our office hours is from 10:00hrs to 17:00hrs. We speak English, Thai and Hindi Languages. Please provide your arrival and flight details when making the reservation. If you arrive between 17:00hrs to 21:00hrs, you may still check in but must inform us in advance. Later arrival flights after 21:00hrs are not accepted. Check-in Time: Between 14:00 PM and 17:00 PM, starting from 14:00 PM. Please note that check-in time may depend on the room being ready. You must present your passport (for foreigners) or Thai ID card at check-in to receive the key and keycard, and return them after your stay at check-out. Check-out is at 11:00 (Noon). If you have an early morning flight or transfer, please inform us at least one day in advance so we can arrange your checkout and provide instructions for leaving your key and keycard. Please be respectful of the surroundings and keep the noise down during your stay, if it affects other guests rest in the middle of the night and if repeated persuasion is ineffective the management reserves the right to ask the guests to check out without any refund. Shared facilities include: - Motorbike parking area on the first floor - Coin-operated washing machine on the first floor Both are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment floor is accessible via the building elevator or stairs. Guests use a keycard to enter the building and a key for the apartment. During your stay I’m accessible by message on Airbnb or social media. Please do share about your stay to me whilst you are staying there. In case you have any issue with anything in the apartment please do not hesitate to message me. I will do my best for you to have a pleasant stay. Other things to note The room comes with 2 towels, shampoo, and shower soap, along with 2 complimentary drinking waters. It is a non-smoking room; however, smoking is permitted on the balcony. Cleaning service is provided upon request with fee applied. You can contact me directly to request for cleaning service for a fee of THB 200, and THB 300 extra for linen & towel change which is payable at the office. This service includes basic cleaning, change of linens, towels, and receive 2 bottles of drinking water. Any special requests for early check-in or the late checkout may be acceptable, subject to room availability with additional fee. Any other special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed. From Phuket Airport, you can take a taxi, Airport Bus, or mini bus depending on your budget. A taxi costs approximately THB 700–1,000 per way for 2 people. You can also take a mini bus from the airport to the apartment alley on Nanai 2 at THB 200 per person. The journey takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. You can buy a SIM card at the airport, either True Move or AIS, for internet and/or call data, depending on what you prefer.
