The space *The Space* - Private swimming pool with recliners & large outdoor speaker - 20,000 sqft property with private garden (with bonfire on request) - 4 ac bedrooms with attached washrooms - Air-conditioned living room with TV - Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, RO water purifier & induction - Extra tables, chairs & mattresses available - Electricity back-up inside villa - Food: *Rent does not include food There is a restaurant in the premises and a Dhaba nearby from where you can order food. You can even carry your own food if you want to! *House Rules* 1) Additional guests without notice: - Entry of additional guests into the villa without prior information to authority will be fined Rs. 2000/- person or Villa will have to be vacated 2) Any additional people like cooks/ DJ/ musicians/ event personnel/caterers, etc if accompanying the guest will have to be informed about at the time of booking 3) Music: - Party speaker is available at the villa for your use - Loud music/ DJ is not allowed post 10pm. This may invite legal action by the police, confiscation of speakers and fine for breaking of law 4) Decoration policy: No decoration to be stuck on walls inside the villa. The poolside area can be decorated *Other Notes* 1) Cancellation, rescheduling & refundable security deposit policy: - Cancellation policy as specified on AirBnb will be applicable - Rescheduling not allowed once the booking is confirmed - Incase of any damage to the property or late check out, security deposit will not be refunded back or partial refund will be given at owner's discretion 2) Every guest must carry a Govt approved photo ID 3) It's recommended that you carry your own speakers, towels, swimwear and toiletries 4) CCTV cameras are present in the exterior areas of the property for your safety 5) For any help, the caretaker will be available on the premises 24*7 Guest access Hassle free parking on premises Other things to note We have a fees of Rs. 1000 for each additional guest over the Airbnb limit of 16.
