Exactly 9.6 miles from Peoria airport and exactly 14.6 miles to the Peoria Civic Center, this apartment is located in a quiet country area. This is an apartment in the Horsemeister stall barn. Private entrance, plenty of parking, This is a working horse farm with 2 stallions, mares and foals. Can sleep 4 adults comfortably but if you have a larger group you are welcome to bring airbeds. This is just 4 miles from the village of Hanna City. There is a sectional couch that can sleep 2 children. The space We stand 2 Friesian stallions and usually have 10 foals a year at this facility. The apartment is 900 square feet. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with the bath across the hall. The futon is queen size and comfortable. The other room has a sectional couch that can sleep 2 children but there is room for a queen size airbed if you want to bring one for adults. This is a working farm and comes with the smells associated with a farm. No smoking in the apartment or barns. Dogs are allowed but must be leashed. No pitbulls allowed on the property. Guest access IF you have NO REVIEWS and instant book you will need to meet me for the key and will not be able to check in after 10:30 pm. Guests will have full access to the apartment and can feel free to visit the horses, stall area, watch the training, walk around the farm and maybe even watch a mare foaling. We do NOT offer horseback riding. Other things to note The Spoon River Drive is the first 2 weekends in October, the traffic on 116 can be backed up but worth the wait and the shopping is good.
