Private setting 5 minute drive from downtown Saranac Lake and 20 minutes to Lake Placid. Bright Studio apartment private balcony overlooking private pond. A bird watcher’s delight! All new in 2017. Hardwood floor. Queen bed. Gas fireplace. Private entrance. Fully stocked kitchen. All bed and bath linens provided. Hair dryer, iron. Separate heater in the bathroom Coffee/ tea, and snacks! We are always available if needed. The space This is a studio, so it’s all private. Guests can use the balcony which overlooks the pond. Chairs and a small table are provided. We recommend drinking your morning coffee on the balcony! So peaceful and the view is nice in warmer weather. Guest access Guests have access to our fire pit by the pond. Wood isn’t always available so we recommend guests bring their own fire wood. Other things to note We also have a ROKU TV with free Netflix. There are books, mags, playing cards and a chess/ checkers game board.
