One bedroom appart with view on the lake

Hello, It rarely snows here, but we are only 15 minutes from the Thollon-les-Mémises and Bernex ski resorts, and 1 hour from the Portes du Soleil (Morzine). We rent a 45 m² apartment on the ground floor of our house with a lake view. It is fully independent, with parking and access to a double-fenced garden. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Feel free to contact me. The space The apartment is totally dependent with his entrance and parking space. The kitchen has been renovated with a small oven, microwave, fridge with freezer , cooking station and all equipements who may need (fondue set, toaster...) The living room has a sofa bed, tv and internet access. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom is big with a queen bed and large wardrobe. You will have a easy and free access to a washing machine in our basement. Bicycle can be stored in our garage. Guest access You can enjoy our garden with barbecue and dining area. Other things to note We are outside of a small town but near by everywhere by car : Evian 10 minutes, Switzerland 15 minutes or 40 minutes per boat, Mountains (thollon, bernex) 10 minutes, Supermarket 5 minutes.
