Family home between mountains and ocean

Master house 25 km from the ski resort of "La Pierre Saint Martin", and an hour's drive from the Basque and Landes coast. The house, pleasant, bright, comfortable and very spacious is located in the city center of Oloron Sainte Marie, close to all shops and cultural places. House on 3 levels, with several outdoor spaces (a patio, a 150 m2 roof terrace, a garden) including a baby and/or child room, perfect for holidays with family or friends. The space Our house is an old manor house, consisting of a ground floor, and two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a large entrance, a bedroom for 2 people, and a toilet. You can access the patio, and the garden. A music room overlooks the patio and garden, you can also watch DVDs thanks to a video projector. On the second floor, the landing allows you to access the living room, dining room and fully open kitchen, and overlooking a large terrace of more than 150 m2 and equipped with a jacuzzi. On the other side a corridor leads to a toilet, a laundry area, a bathroom, an office/bedroom for 2 people, as well as a large bedroom for two people. On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms, so two with double beds, and one bedroom with two single beds, suitable for 1 or 2 children. Guest access You'll have the house to yourself! However, in order to guarantee your comfort, and ours, we will clear out some of our personal belongings, and store them in a storage room that you will not need. The workbench, which you will not need either, will also remain closed. Other things to note The house, inhabited year-round by our family of three children, is alive and well, and is being renovated! Warm, bright, it's a good place to stay! Fully habitable, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that some rooms have not yet finished their transformation. We do our best to ensure that the house will bring you all the comforts you need, and we entrust it to you with joy.
