The apartment is in a passive house with controlled living space ventilation. Infrared heating provides comfortable warmth. This apartment in a village with climbing, hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing facilities offers the perfect vacation/home office for couples of all ages and families. The space The apartment consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, workstation, pull-out double sofa bed and terrace with garden access, as well as a bedroom with large double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower. All around are beautiful views of the mountains. The ground-level separate entrance has a key safe with code, so self-check-in is possible. Guest access The apartment is easy to find in a blue house with a heart 300 meters from the ADEG supermarket and Gurgltal bakery. Parking is available right outside the apartment door. A covered parking space with charging facilities for electric cars is available. Other things to note We live in the house ourselves and give our guests valuable tips.
