Guest suite in Eugene

1 Bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and bath in a separate, private wing of my home. Fresh eggs from back-yard hens for breakfast. Hot tub (year-round). Swimming Pool (open late-June through Labor Day). Ten block walk to UO campus, jog trails & stores. The space This is a private wing of the main house. One bedroom with queen tempurpedic bed. Nice sized living area with t.v. and wi-fi and fold-out couch (foam mattress) for second bed if needed. One parking space for you off-street next to your front door. Leave your car and walk or bike to the UO, park, jog trails or downtown. Enjoy a well-furnished kitchenette; fresh eggs from back yard chickens and breakfast items for first night's stay. Shared back-yard with Hot tub (available year round) and pool during the summer (open late-June through Labor Day). Guest access Private wooden deck in front of 'cabin'. Shared back-yard, Hot Tub, Barbeque, and large in-ground pool during the summer. Other things to note Bathroom has all that you need with a shower sink and toilet but is small.
