Peartree Flat (No Cleaning Fee)

This is a typical Portuguese apartment. White walls and a parquet floor, except in the kitchen and bathroom (which is tile). It has paintings and maps on the wall as well. It's a sunny apartment, as there are a lot of windows and it is located on the top of a hill. Has public transportation close by and you can walk to the centre - it will only take you 15/20 minutes. There are lots of stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and cafés all around. Good for adventurers, small groups or couples! The space The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and one bathroom. The guest bedroom has a balcony. There is plenty of storage room in the bedroom and the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cutlery, etc. The living room has a cable TV with international channels. The bathroom has a bathtub and all of the rooms have windows. Guest access The guests will have access to all of the rooms except one bedroom, which is where I keep my belongings. The door to that room will be locked. Other things to note The only thing that can bother your stay is the restaurant in front of the apartment, which can be noisy sometimes because of the scullery where they wash the dishes and prepare the meals.
