Mancos has only 1200 year-round residents, yet the town is booming with cool things to do and see. This property is in-town and is mostly peaceful, with the occasional neighbor doing something noisy. I am quiet and ask folks staying in the cottage be quiet as well. Your little house is in walking distance to downtown and all its charms. You can walk to any of the cool places in downtown Mancos. You'll need a car to get into the mountains or take a day trip to one of the national parks. There is a bus that leaves from Mancos to various locations each day.
