Former farm consisting of 4 houses and a loft. Each house has its own kitchen and bathroom with shower. One house has a sauna. Barbecue facilities are available. There is another barbecue area by the River Pinnan (15 minutes' walk). The farm has 26 hectares of land with forest and hiking trails. Part of the Pinnan nature reserve. Accommodation for up to 26 persons. Please note: House 4 (with sauna) is very simply furnished. The space Whole property for up to 24 people. Former farm consisting of several buildings with an area of 30 hectares. There is a small river running through the area, lots of woods, meadows and pastures. House 1: Large house for 6-8 people. Dining table, sofa and TV. Additional living room furnished as a lounge. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. House 2: Cosy bungalow for 4-6 persons. House 3: Typical Swedish farmhouse for 8 persons. Simply furnished. House 4: House for up to 8 persons on 2 floors. Own sauna. Simply and functionally furnished. Our loft with roof terrace is part of the building on the left as you enter the complex. Habitable on two levels. Large open space with kitchen and fireplace. An ideal retreat for couples and families, even in the cold season. Underfloor heating with heat pump, which also heats the adjoining function/seminar room (living room 5). The loft can also be rented separately through Airbnb (max 4 people). Guest access Pillows and duvets are provided. Duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases can be provided on request. Service charge for bed linen: SEK 150 per person. Other things to note In the building to the left of the entrance, we have created a loft-style country house in 2024. In one part of the building is the Anhults Garden function room, and in the other the new loft. In addition to the spatial restructuring, the structural measures included a complete renewal of the infrastructure with water, sewage and a heat pump, as well as a new extension to the building. The loft is included in the offer, but can also be rented separately via Airbnb. Pillows and duvets are provided. Duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases can be provided on request.
