Very convenient location: 2 minutes walk to old mansion house of Razumovskiy (built in 1802 year) minutes walk to Kurskaya metro station (1 station to Kremlin), 10 minutes walk to Arma (a place, where you can find a lot of night clubs, exhibitions, cafes and restaurants), contemporary art center Vinzavod, Artplay design center. Convenient location of the house: 2 minutes walk to the old manor of Razumovsky (1802 year of construction), 8 minutes walk to the metro Kurskaya (one metro station from the Kremlin). 10 minutes walk to Armagh(area where night clubs, exhibition halls, cafes and restaurants are located), Winzavod Contemporary Art Center, Artplay Design Center. The apartment has all the necessary utensils for cooking, a huge wardrobe for storing things, a washing machine, a hairdryer and Wi-Fi.
