During your stay, you can enjoy the best tourist destination in Santa Marta and the Colombian Caribbean with total freedom and comfort. 🏖️☀️ Other things to note The Reserva del Mar (RM) Condominium offers an exclusive oceanfront experience, perfect for enjoying the sun, Santa Marta's beaches, and the charm of the Colombian Caribbean. ☀️🏖️ To maintain the quality and well-being of all our guests, we share some important details: Entrance fee: The Condominium charges a fee of 60,400 COP (2026) per person over 9 years of age. Cleaning fee: $100,000 COP upon delivery of the apartment. Minimum stay: 3 nights. Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM Check-Out: 12:00 m. For immediate bookings, the full amount must be paid and confirmed before 3:00 pm. Pets welcome🐾: one-time fee of COP 100,000 per stay.
