Guest access The accommodation is located on tramway line 1 (Cathédrale Vieille Ville stop at 50m; line serving Thiers central station) and 200m from line 2 (Garibaldi stop; line to the airport). Buses to the villages and beaches to the east of Nice (Villefranche-sur-Mer, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu) leave from 100m, and the bus to Monaco and Menton from 500m at the port. Paid parking is available 100 metres away. Other things to note The building is on the edge of the old town of Nice, with an entrance on the "coulée verte", a magnificent green space bordering the old town and one kilometer long, very well equipped (numerous benches and lawns, botanical path, water games and numerous play areas for children). In the immediate vicinity are the lively and picturesque old town, the splendid historic hill of the castle with its green spaces and incomparable views, the Place Garibaldi and the "petit marais niçois", as well as the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMAC), the Lascaris Palace and the Museum of Photography. The Cours Saleya with its picturesque market is only 400m away and the beaches at 500m.
