Located in the center of Briançon, the apartment is close to all amenities: train station, Serre-Chevalier gondolas, cinemas, theater, shops (bakery, butcher, organic grocery store, tobacco press, café, restaurants...) Possibility to do everything on foot! Overlooking the Place de l'Église Sainte-Catherine, it remains quiet. Its southwest orientation allows beautiful sunshine until sunset... and its terrace offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, Mélézin, Prorel... The space The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. The living space on the lower level of the apartment is fully open. Kitchen and living room are organized around the staircase that gives access to two very small bedrooms and the shower/toilet room under the roofs. There is a storage room on the landing (the one on the right) where the electric meter is located. For internet we share the connection with our phone.
