Cozy wooden holiday home close to beach and forest

Older and cozy cottage 150 m from the sea, by the Aarhus Bay. In addition, only a 25-minute drive from Aarhus C. The house is close to attractions such as Kalø Castle Ruins and Mols Bjerge National Park. It is located in a small charming cottage area with the beach, fields, and forest as neighbors. It's a child-friendly beach and a large, unspoiled garden. The house is recommended for a family of 5 or 4 adults. The space In December 2021, we took over this older and very cozy cottage with a wood-burning stove and a new heat pump in 2024. The house is approximately 55 m2. It is cozy and simply decorated with a nice enclosed garden and a 2-minute walk to the water. Bedrooms: 2 rooms with a door between them with double beds and bunk beds, an annex with its own entrance with a double bed. It is an older but well-functioning and well-maintained cottage that in September 2022 had new windows installed in the living room. It is a cottage that has many years on its back but is extremely charming in building style and decor. Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage, nor are pets allowed. It is not allowed to charge electric cars from the house's electricity network. You will find the possibility of charging, provided by Clever at Rema in Rønde, Drosselvej 4. Guest access Parking is available at the cottage There is the possibility to shop in Løgten (SuperBrugsen/Netto) 5 km or Rønde 7 km. Kaløvig Strandgård Camping with kiosk is 2 km away. Other things to note An extremely charming and older cottage, simply decorated. Since it is an older cottage with single layer glass and minimal insulation, there are, however, thermal windows in the living room which are from autumn 2022, it may require that the wood-burning stove be lit, there is firewood or a heat pump in cold periods. There are clean sheets on the beds. Bring your own bed linen, dishcloths, towels, etc. Kitchen; everything is available in service, porcelain, pots, etc. There is an outdoor garden grill that can be used freely, you must bring your own charcoal, and the grill is expected to be cleaned after use. No food, oil, etc. may be left behind after the end of the stay. The house must be left tidy, dishes must be washed and garbage removed, and the trash can must be emptied. Feel free to put empty bottles/cans by the trash can.
