Hello, we offer this renovated duplex in a house with 3 apartments in the village of Ahetze. This accommodation, which is our main residence, is quietly and conveniently located less than 5 km from the ocean and offers an unobstructed view of the Artzamendi. The 110 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor (of 1), is fully equipped and comfortable. A shared 1500 m² garden with wooden pool is available. The space Located a few minutes from Bidart, 10 minutes from Biarritz, 15 minutes from Anglet and St Jean de Luz and 20 minutes from Bayonne, Ahetze is a very good starting point to visit our beautiful region while avoiding traffic jams. The sites of the interior of the Basque Country (St Jean Pied de Port, Espelette, Cambo, etc.) are also very easily accessible from Ahetze. The Spanish border with the cities of Irun, Fontarabie and San Sebastián is about 30 minutes from the apartment and Bilbao is 1.5 hours away. The Ventas de Dantxaria are also 30 minutes away. The entrance to the A63 is 10 minutes away. You will be located a few minutes' drive from Uhabia Beach and the center of Bidart. Fully equipped kitchen open to a living room dining room (45 m² living room). A private wooden terrace (with mountain view) semi-covered 40 m². The equipment consists of all the essential elements and more: gas hobs, hood, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, Kitchenaid robot, coffee maker, toaster, kettle... On the terrace, you will find a large dining table, garden furniture and a plancha. Upstairs you will find a bedroom under a ramp with a 140 cm double bed. A video projector is available for your movie nights on the mezzanine. Linens, kitchen towels and shower mats are included but not bath towels. In the garden, you can enjoy a shared swimming pool of 4 m x 6 m (accessible from May to September, 3 apartments use the pool). Chickens are semi-free in the garden and one of the neighbors has a dog. Guest access The entire home will be at your disposal, except for a locked closet that contains our personal belongings. Other things to note Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, food processor, steam cooker, blender... full set Please note that sheets are provided but not towels! In dry weather, please water the plants on the terrace every day (hose available). In case of a stay of more than a week, some indoor plants will also need to be watered :) Thank you!
