The flat is ideally suited for adults and families and is centrally located. The space offers magical views of Table Mountain and is within walking distance of restaurants and busy CBD! The beach is a mere 5km away. We have a strict “no alcohol” and “no parties” and loud noise policy. Each bedroom is fitted with aircon. The space 7 on Sachs is a heritage stay in the heart of one of the oldest residential areas in the Cape. A recently refurbished establishment, welcomes you into an open plan lounge and dining room with views overlooking Table Mountain. A fully equipped kitchen with gas/electric oven and Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine. Secure parking for one car is available and connected to the home. On-street parking is available. The four bedrooms all have air conditioning and are configured as follows: Room 1: 1 queen sized bed Room 2: 1 double bed Room 3: two single beds/ can be made into king size bed Room 4: main-en-suite - queen size bed Three of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Every bedroom has air conditioning and there is air conditioning in the 2nd floor in lounge/tv area. Viewing Deck: The 3rd floor entices you with a beautiful vista of the city skyline and Table Mountain - one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This is a space where you can truly relax after a day of sightseeing. Bathrooms: Towels are supplied along with Charlotte Rhys Bathroom amenities. One bathroom is located on the ground floor, one is the main-en suite while the other has a bath/shower and these are located on the 2nd floor. A washing machine is available for your usage - limited detergents are available during your stay. The property is fully alarmed. Other things to note All bedrooms have aircons. Garage fits a medium-sized car but not a larger. Please be advised that this is an apartment in a residential area and as such noise regulations apply. Please be cognisant of house rules which include no loud music and no alcohol allowed on the premises. There is back-up power, however the aircons are not on the back-up power.
