Keep in mind that throughout Tulum there is the possibility of power outages, when the power is off there is no electricity, water or Wi-Fi. Every time this happens, we contact the electric company to get updated information on when it will return (this happens because the infrastructure has not reached the highest number of visitors who come to Tulum). The water is from a well and it is a system eco-friendly that seeks to save and recycle water so there may be intermittencies in the service. We cannot take any responsibility for this or offer refunds as it is beyond our control. But we will always be looking for ways to make your experience incredible.
