Swihart has a fully equipped kitchen with a large counter island bar, dining room, spacious living room with gas fireplace, TV with Direct TV satellite service, VCR and DVD players, access to a spacious deck and gas grill, Half Bath, Master Bedroom with king bed, full bath with shower, deck access LOWER LEVEL: Full bath with tub, Family room with sleeper sofa, wet bar and mini fridge, TV with satellite service, VCR, pool table, foosball table, games galore, with deck access to Hot Tub!, Master bedroom 2 has Queen bed with deck access and ensuite full bath with tub, Bedrooms 3 and 4: Queen beds in each room. If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows: - 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property) - 89-60 day prior to check in day: half refund back - 59 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited - No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather Other things to note Swihart 2 Home shares a driveway with Swihart Home this means that there is a MAX of three cars only, possibly 4 depending on car size! Additional parking is located at our office. You will need to shuttle your party from here to the house and it is around a 5 minute drive, if that. * Check in is at 4 p.m. (Please no early check ins) * Check out is at 10 a.m. (No late check outs) All homes include bed  linens and kitchen towels. Bath towels are NOT included. Each home has a starter supply of the following: 1 roll of toilet paper for bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner per trash can, 1 sample of liquid dish soap. STRICT POLICY: No pets allowed! This is due to severe allergies and to keep everyone safe. Check In Instructions: Check in begins at 4 PM at our rental office address: 1233 Deerfield Way Lafollette, TN 37766 Here you will receive your arrival packet which includes; keyless entry code, map to the property, and car passes.
