Come and recharge your batteries in a quiet island of greenery, visit the castles, vineyards or take a peaceful break. This 150 m2 6-room cottage will seduce you with its country style, bucolic side and enchanting tranquility. Located between the Loire and Loir Valleys, close to the country of Balzac and Ronsard, you can visit the wonderful castles lining the valleys and its renowned vineyards, not to mention its hiking trails and its famous Loire Valley bike tour. The space The “Chauvellière” cottage has 3 large bedrooms (two of which are upstairs) with sleeping accommodations for 8 people + 1 child + baby; 1 160 cm (5 ft) bed, 2 80 cm (2.6 ft) beds, 1 140 cm (4.6 ft) bed, 1 90 cm (2.9 ft) bed, 1 120 cm (3.9 ft) bed, 1 children’s bed for ages 5 and under, and a travel cot for a baby; linens provided). A furnished and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...). A living room with open fireplace (wood provides) and its mezzanine (games room or living room). There are also 2 TVs with Netflix and free Wifi internet. A bathroom (walk-in shower) , 2 independent toilets with sinks and BB equipment (bed, high chair, bathtub,...). Gas central heating between October 15 and April 15 + fireplace and wood-burning stove (wood provided). Linens are provided (sheets and towels), beds are not made. A charming cottage located in the heart of nature; Outside you will have a large wooded relaxation area (table and garden furniture) with barbecue and guinguette lighting (property of 7000m2), and sunbathing. There are also around the fenced pond, chickens , geese and ducks. It's also a real paradise for your dog or cat. The gîte is located close to the owners’ house (50 m) but is completely independent and secluded. Guest access Easy access via the A28 highway 4 minutes away. Private parking is located next to the cottage (several vehicles and possibility to park motorcycles and bicycles under shelter). Other things to note 20 minutes from Tours center and 30 minutes from Le Mans, it is the ideal place to discover the incomparable riches of the Loire Valley (Beauval Zoo, troglodyte village of Trôo, Marçon nautical base, helicopter flight over the castles 5 km away, etc.) without forgetting the south Sarthe and the 24 Hours of Le Mans 30 minutes from the gite and the classic cars of La Chartre-sur-le-Loir and Marçon.
