Our cozy 3 BR cottage sits right above Okanagan Lake. Here, guests can enjoy the most spectacular lake and mountain views in the Okanagan Valley. Unique to this cottage are 2 lake-facing bedrooms. Our upper and lower patios provide unobstructed views, so guests can enjoy the lake without leaving the comforts of the cottage. The space This cottage is in the first loop of the gated community of La Casa Resort. It is on the bluff overlooking Okanagan Lake giving you an elevated experience without any obstructions. It includes three spacious bedrooms upstairs with closets, two full washrooms, living room, dining room, and a full kitchen. There is a extended patio on the first floor and a second floor patio off the main bedroom. Fire pit and Bbq located on main patio. There is also a private yard space with loungers overlooking the lake on the main floor. Guest access Code Access: The cottage is located on the lakeside of Westside Road. Guests can access the gated community with the code provided upon their arrival. This code is used to access all resort amenities. Parking: There are three large parking spots located at the cottage. There are also designated parking spaces within the resort. See map for specific locations. Parking on the resort roadways is prohibited due to limited space and may result in violation notices. Other things to note Please be aware that La Casa has frequent “Boil Water Advisories” due to the proximity to the lake. It is recommended by the health ministry to boil water for 3 minutes if wanting to consume. For the safety of our guests, we provide bottled water so that this is not a concern. We are happy to say that there have not been any reports of guests becoming sick from the water at La Casa since we have been in operation.
