The Kamiennik apartment is the ground floor of a detached house. It is adapted for the needs of people with disabilities. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room, from which you can directly access the terrace and garden. We offer 4 beds with the possibility of 2 extra beds on the sofa in the living room - extra charge. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, 2 bathrooms and a sauna. We offer a cot for a child - extra charge. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed - extra charge. The space Bath and sauna towels are available on site. Tea and welcome coffee are available. Guests can also use the wood and kindling on the property. The water in our facility comes from our own deep well and is additionally filtered, it is suitable for direct consumption. The car park is monitored and free of charge. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. The house is divided into an apartment on the ground floor and an apartment on the first floor, therefore it has common areas such as: parking, a garden with a fireplace and a gazebo, and a technical room for storage, bicycles or skis. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: • The hotel day lasts from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. • Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. • The property is located in Kowary (58-530) at Widokowa 4. When coming to us, please do not enter the address in the G0ogle maps, but the name of our facility: Śnieżka Exclusive Apartamenty. • Please let us know what form of bill you would like to receive - a receipt or an invoice. Once the receipt is issued, you will not be able to issue an invoice. •We also inform you about the rules for collecting a deposit in our facility. We charge a deposit of PLN 500 - by bank transfer to the indicated account 3 days before the start of the stay. In the case of a transfer made after this date, please send a confirmation of the transfer, but no later than the day of the start of the stay by 3:00 p.m. The deposit will be refunded no later than 2 business days after the end of the stay. • A baby cot with a mattress and bedding is prepared at the guest's request and is additionally payable - PLN 40 for the entire stay. • We accept a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs. The stay is for an additional fee of 40 PLN / night. • The price per night includes 1 to 4 regular beds. An additional 2 places are extra chargeable. One extra bed is PLN 100/night. • There is an inventory of equipment on site, any discrepancies equipment with the inventory, please report immediately upon arrival. Any defects should be reported immediately after they are found. • Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the facility, under penalty of a fine of PLN 500. Smoking is allowed in a designated area on the terrace / balcony. •We sort garbage in our apartment. •On the ground floor there is a technical room, it is a common space for both apartments, you will find a ski boot dryer, a ski rack, a laundry dryer, necessary cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board, sun loungers, sausage sticks, etc. Thank you Śnieżka Exclusive Apartments Team
