This apartment is located in the west wing of Villa Aureli and has original 18th century furniture and frescoes. Guests enjoy the unique atmosphere of a historical Italian Villa resting upon Etruscan ruins, Roman dwellings, and a medieval castle. The space Our guests enjoy the charm, the beauty and the history of the lovingly, carefully and constantly restored Villa and the beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. This 200 sqm apartment includes a double bedroom with king-size bed, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. A single sofa bed is available in the main living room. The flat features a main living room, a second living room, a dining room, a studio-entrance and two large bathrooms with shower/tubs. The apartment is equipped with all modern amenities (dish-washer, washing machine, Hi-Fi, TV with DVD player, hair dryers, etc.). There is no air conditioning but the Villa's thick stone walls maintain a comfortable temperature even in the hottest weather. We provide sheets, covers and duvets, soap, bathroom towels, swimming pool towels and fans if needed. Baby bed and chair are available upon request, with no extra charge. Private dining space in the garden. BBQ available. Guest access Guests have exclusive and independent access to their apartment and enjoy an exclusive dining area in the garden. They have access to Villa Aureli's large gardens, to the swimming pool and to the property, ideal for walks. Other things to note We offer a free taste of our homemade wine to our guests. Other products from our farm, such as our limoncello and our marmalades are available depending on the season. All our products are obtained from sustainable natural agriculture. We care for the environment. A solar power plant located in the property covers our electricity needs. Recycling bins are available for our guests. The owners are also engaged since the 1950s in the preservation of the natural and historical heritage in the surroundings.
