The 7 bedrooms & 6000 sq ft of living space doesn't scratch the surface of what this place has to offer. Relax in the indoor hot tub complete with a bar located in the sunroom or take a dip in the resort sized heated outdoor pool with gazebo (pool open May-Sept) & finish the night in the 9 seat movie theater complete with surround sound or shuffleboard game room. The space This 6-acre private retreat is surrounded by forest and is only 5 minutes away from downtown Hudson. The pool area offers a gazebo , bar area, pool slide and diving board. Adjacent is a built-in stone fire pit and lounge chairs is a perfect way to enjoy the outdoors at night. Large deck off the kitchen has a gas grill and dinner table overlooking the forest. Master bedroom has a private balcony 3 floors up overlooking the forest. Children can enjoy the secluded playground on the side of the house with the comfort of knowing no major road or strangers are close by. Deer, Turkey, evening walk around our private circle. Inside the mansion: MAIN FLOOR- -2 story grand foyer, luxurious formal dining room. family room, office, living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and half bath. SECOND FLOOR- -5 bedrooms, 2 king & 3 queen, 2 full baths. WALKOUT BASEMENT- -Movie theater w/suroundsound & 9 leather recliners. Game room w/shuffleboard, TV & high top tables. Sunroom w/hottub and bar. Gym, 2 adjoining bedrooms. 1 full bath. Guest access You will receive a Door Code on the day of your check in. Press on the lock screen Put on highlighted numbers Enter the code Other things to note Pool temperature is kept at 10 degrees warmer than outside temp with a maximum of 82 degrees. Pool heater will NOT be on if the outside temp is lower than 65 degrees. No parking on the lawn- this could rupture the in-ground septic system. Air conditioner cannot be set lower than 68°. Otherwise the whole system will freeze over. It will take 24 hours to unfreeze it and charge for air conditioner Service will occur. Please keep in mind that any non-permitted events at the property will result in fines that will be deducted from your deposit. For safety reasons, we also ask that you and your registered guests are the only individuals allowed on the property at all times. Fire department requirements dictate that only registered cars are allowed on the property. Finally, our property is not suitable for parties or large gatherings.
