We respect our guests’ space and privacy, but are available if needed. Other things to note While we welcome longer stays, guests planning visits of more than 3–4 nights should be comfortable with a compact studio layout. For business travelers, our most recent internet speed test shows approximately 91 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload. The internet is dedicated and not shared. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior host approval and added to the reservation (no cats due to guest allergies).
