Charming and Updated Guesthouse!

This charming guest house is perfect for your stay in Tucson. It is located less than ten minutes away (by car) to the University of Arizona's biggest attractions and all that downtown has to offer. It has been updated and has great outdoor space separated from the main house that is private and tranquil! Walking distance to a Starbucks, restaurants and a grocery store! This space is on the small side. The sofa bed is a single, the bedroom has a king bed. Maximum number of guests allowed is 3. The space This space is not very large but super cute and cozy! We would recommend it for a single person, a couple or a couple with one child. The backyard is a huge bonus and has a patio and tables and chairs. There is not a space for dining in the guesthouse, but there are tv trays and the outdoor patio. It has charming historic features and has been updated with modern comforts! There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house. In addition, if no one is staying in the main house, the driveway in front of the home may be used! Please note, this driveway is uncovered and not gated. In addition, we do not have power sources available for RV hookups. Thank you for considering our home!
