The space Le Bel Edén is an ideally located house just a 5-minute drive from downtown Villa General Belgrano. We offer an apartment attached to the main property, where we live with our pets: a couple of German shepherds and a cat. We take care of the maintenance of the different spaces, which include an outdoor pool and a large wooded park. The apartment has a cozy living room equipped with a sofa, Smart TV, access to Netflix, YouTube and cable channels. The open-plan kitchen is fully stocked, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. All rooms have mosquito nets, guaranteeing greater comfort. In addition, there is a separate entrance with an automatic access gate with a code, as well as 2 covered garages and a barbecue space. For those who prefer to relax, we offer multiple meal delivery options that can be enjoyed in the different spaces of the house. You'll also find a selection of books and board games, as well as dishes and glassware, a Nespresso coffee maker, all included with bedding and towels. With a 4000 m² park, designed for relaxation, you will find Paraguayan hammocks, benches, lounge chairs, a solarium and the outdoor pool, making Le Bel Edén the ideal place to recharge your batteries. The apartment has two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and garden views. Each bedroom has a double bed composed of two sommiers, which can be converted into two single beds, in addition to a television. For a fifth guest, a single bed base is added to one of the rooms. The interior black-out curtains, together with the exterior remote-controlled roller screens, ensure a pleasant rest. We guarantee professional attention and a “French-touch” experience.
