Note: We cannot guarantee warm water during cold snaps, and no refunds are provided for water temperature. 🚭 Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment: To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🚫🌬️ 🏠 Amenities & Essentials: Starter Kit: We provide a start-up supply of TP, paper towels, soaps, trash bags, laundry sheets, and coffee. One set of bath and beach towels per guest is included. 🧼 Wifi: Connection information is conveniently posted on the refrigerator. 📶 Parking: Driveway parking only (2 cars maximum). No parking on the grass or in the garage. 🚗 Note: We do not replenish supplies or provide toiletries (shampoo/body wash), spices, or foil. 📋 Important House Rules: Occupancy: Maximum of 6 guests allowed at any time. 👥 Age/Pets: Primary guest must be 25+. Documented service animals only (ESA not required per FL law). 🐾 Monthly Rentals: There is a $150 cap on electric usage; guests are responsible for any overages. ⚡ Mail: No mail delivery available; please use a local P.O.
