Luxury Ocean View Condo - Quarteira, Vilamoura

Our home is a 2 bedroom apartment, located in the exclusive Quarteira in Vilamoura, Portugal. It’s centrally located with panoramic views to the Atlantic Ocean. The fully equipped apartment is air-conditioned throughout, with Oceanview balcony, free WIFI, a 55" Smart HD TV, Steam sauna shower with monsoon shower head and 8 body jets. The location is superb. Walk to the Marina in 15 minutes, or the beach in 1 and you have all the shops, bars & restaurants of the Promenade on your doorstep! The space The property is arranged on the 6th floor with an Oceanview balcony. As you enter on the ground floor you have the lift, which takes you up to our floor. The main door is on the right. As you enter the large open plan living and dining area. This leads out to a balcony with a bistro seating set. There is a 55" Smart HD TV with over 100 channels, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney +, TvCine+, NOS, YouTube etc. The kitchen fully equipped with cutleries, wine glasses, water glasses, champagne glasses, gin glasses, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer. The master bedroom has a Juliet balcony, built in wardrobe with plenty of space. The twin room have a large fitted wardrobe. Both rooms have full height French doors leading out to a small balcony. The balcony has an outdoor table and chairs and panoramic views to the Atlantic Ocean. The property is air conditioned throughout. Other things to note Please note that the sun loungers are located in the apartment's balcony storage. Feel free to take to the beach and return it to the storage once used. If you're booking over the winter period, it's important to note that some of the restaurants and bars in the area close down from mid-November until the end of January. The supermarket remains open all year however, as do many of the restaurants and bars at the area. The winter is also the only time that maintenance and building works are allowed in the building, so there is a potential for increased noise but nothing to worry about. The WiFi is a guest system run by Stay at Bel's management. It's perfectly usable for email, social media, web browsing, video conferencing etc, although it can slow down at peak times during the summer months. Registration Details 123011/AL
