The space The apartment is located on the third floor (second floor above ground level) of a historic building near the Rialto market, in the very central part of Venice. Even though centrally located, Casa Toma offers a quiet stay as it is located in a secondary "calle" relative to the main touristic and commercial flows. Casa Toma features 2 bedrooms: one bedroom has 2 single beds while the other has a "double" (similar to a queen size bed). Both bedrooms showcase beautiful historic beams on the ceiling. Living and dining room are combined – the kitchen is equipped with a modern gas range and hood, fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. From the living room, access the terrace to enjoy a typical Venetian view. The small bathroom is comfortable, it has mosaic tiles and has a sink, toilet, shower and bidet. There is also a laundry room with an iron/ironing board. Air conditioning will ease your stay during hot summer days. The apartment is located on the second floor of an old building near the Rialto market area, and despite being in the historic center of the city, it enjoys tranquility as it is located in a secluded side street with respect to the large tourist and commercial flow of the area. From the entrance of the apartment you can access the two bedrooms, of which the smallest has two single beds while the double offers a larger space and a pleasant tranquility, both as most of the house have the old wooden beams in sight. The room is characterized by an open kitchen equipped with a modern gas stove with extractor fan and where a fridge, microwave, American coffee maker, kettle, toast warmer and dishwasher are at your disposal. From the room you can access a small terrace that will allow you to enjoy a typical "Venetian" view. Adjacent to the room there is a small laundry room where you will find the washing machine and everything you need to hang and iron your clothes. The bathroom is small but comfortable, covered with mosaic and consists of a sink, bidet, toilet and shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer temperatures.
