The space The Studio is fully loaded with a kitchen that includes an electric stove, microwave, small fridge, sink and mini oven. All cookware and dishes included. The bathroom is a 3/4 bath with a shower, sink and toilet. Toiletries and towels are included. FYI: Welcome to Denver where there is only street parking available. Sorry for the inconvenience but we do not offer parking “on-site”. You can park for free 1/2 a block away or pay for parking in a daily pay lot next to our building. Guest access There is no parking on the property for guests. You can park for free on Cherokee St, Bannock St and 5th Ave. There is a paid lot next to us but it is small and once you move your car someone else can take your spot.
