Located on Keuka Wine Trail, on the west side of Keuka Lake, 3 mi from Point of Bluff Concert Venue. Close to many world class wineries, distilleries and breweries. Host is next door and offers farm to table dining options for guests. This is a newly renovated private second floor apartment, in a bright sunny country house, with all new appliances and off-street parking by the entrance. Host provides freshly baked muffins, local cheese and wine as a welcome gift for guests upon arrival. The bedroom has a comfortable a queen size bed with closet and bedside tables. The living room is equipped with a pull out couch (queen bed) and flat screen TV. There is dedicated hi-speed wifi. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower, as well as a washer and dryer for guest use. The spaces are very open and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, as well as two different dining tables that each seat four. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is an outdoor gas grill available for guest use. A private back porch offers beautiful sitting areas for guests to enjoy the outdoor spaces. If guests are interested, they can be invited into the host's garden for viewing and picking fresh produce. If guests would like to order meals, charcuteries, local cheese or other special food items, they can arrange this direct with the host, who is a fully licensed and insured caterer. Spring 2024 we will have EV chargers available in the parking space. Guest parking is behind the house. Enter through the driveway on the left side of the house, and pull into the back. Park on the left side--the spot farthest from the house. Entry is up the outdoor stairs, to the second floor back deck. There is another 1 bedroom airbnb apartment on the first floor of the house with private entrance, and the parking area is shared with the upstairs guests. I am a caterer and have intimate knowledge of the wine, beer and spirits around Keuka lake and other Finger Lakes. I do live in next door house but only give guests touristy information if they ask. I want this to be a place that my guests can discover the amazing area and make their own memories This is a small rural town neighborhood. Do not expect paved driveway or urban services. We have parking space for one car on site and the possibility of parking a second car next door. We have no public transportation but there are limos and car rental with drivers in Finger Lakes. Located above the west side side of Keuka Lake (1/2 mile up the hill from the lake). Close to all local Finger Lakes wineries, distilleries and breweries. Located only 3 miles from the famous Point of Bluff Concert Venue. To access Keuka Lake, you can drive to Keuka Lake State Park (7 miles), or to the public beaches in Hammondsport (10 miles).
