Welcome to Archie's Place, a contemporary and spacious two bedroom ground floor apartment in the centre of Headingley. Perfectly Located to enjoy this vibrant part of Leeds, with some top rated pubs and restaurants just a short walk away. It also has great transport links for those wanting to venture into Leeds City Centre. The space Guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment with a fully equipped kitchen including Dolce Gusto Coffee machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a washing machine in the utility area. The Living / Dining Area boasts a large comfortable curved sofa with a smart TV, pre loaded with Netflix to allow you cuddle up and catch up on your favourite box sets after a day exploring the local area. The Dining Area has seating for four. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed with ample storage in the large mirrored wardrobes. There are two bedside tables with USB wall sockets to allow guests to easily charge personal devices. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a stylish stand-alone open wardrobe for storage. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink. Guests also have sole use of the outside garden / area in the summer with seating for four. Guest access Due to COVID, this property now operates on a self check-in basis and guests will be emailed on the morning of their stay with a lock box access code. Now Dog friendly - we only accept 1-2 small/medium sized dogs and those bringing their furry friends must follow these simple rules: - Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or any carpeted areas. - Dogs are not to be left alone for long periods of time and if they are left alone they must be caged - All 'doggie doo' in the garden must be cleaned up before check out Failure to comply with the above may result in the loss of any security deposits.
