Please read this before you book!!! We are an Air BNB ONLY for large families. We don't do this for the money. We want to be a blessing to families traveling with children who want to stay in one place, need lots of toys and possibly need a fully stocked kitchen. Our space is only set up for a mom, dad and children. The beds & bathroom can't accommodate more and we have found groups of adults don't like it here. It's truly a KID space. No deposit. No cleaning fee. No pet fee. TOYS!! The space WHEN SENDING A REQUEST TO STAY AT OUR HOME, PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW MANY ADULTS ARE IN YOUR PARTY, AND THE AGES OF ALL THE CHILDREN. Thank you! Groups with several adults do not like our setup. Our house works best for large families with children. Downstairs in the guest suite we can fit a couple with 3-4 children. Two children can use the couch and love seat in the queen bedroom. We'll make them comfortable. If you are a large family passing through Atlanta and need a place to stay, and your dates are blocked, just send an inquiry and if I can free up the dates, I will. In 2022, we came close to closing our Airbnb. But then we wondered, where will large families traveling with pets stay? So we decided to keep it open. Please note that we have two cats. They are allowed upstairs but don't go downstairs to the guest suite. The guest suite downstairs on the pool level is separate and private. It has a queen bed with TV/sitting area, a shower, and a bunkbed room that sleeps four, if two children are willing to share a full-size bed. On the main level is our kitchen, dining room which seats 8 comfortably, living room, sunroom, and laundry room, all of which guests are welcome to use. We have LOTS of toys for the littles. Guest access Two adults and 6 children (assuming some are small) can sleep in our lower floor living area (ground level) which is like an in-law suite. Access is private. During your stay We'll be here to help with whatever you need. We'll be as present or distant as you choose. Other things to note We live down a steep hill. We can accommodate 2 cars comfortably in our driveway at the bottom. There is plenty of room to park a large vehicle at the top of the hill on the road. This neighborhood is very safe.
