Marbella Family Townhouse on La Quinta Golf Resort

Our fantastic holiday home has recently been refurbished and sits in the prestigious La Quinta Golf Resort. It’s perfect for family’s, golfers and those wishing to explore vibrant Marbella. A deli, children’s play area, 5* Westin Hotel and La Quinta Golf Club (bars, restaurants and Spa) are all within a 10 min walk. The quiet shared pool is a few steps from the house. 10 mins drive from the famous bars, restaurants and shops of Puerto Banus and Marbella’s beautiful beaches and chiringuitos. The space The house has marble floors throughout the downstairs which help keep it cool the heat of the summer, air con is also available. There is a parking space for one car. It is a non smoking, pet free house. There are four bedrooms, two doubles (one with ensuite), a twin and a single bed. A travel cot is also available if required. The house can sleep a maximum of 7 adults plus a cot. There a further family bathroom on the first floor and a cloakroom downstairs. The kitchen is bright and spacious, equipped with all the essentials. A small outdoor utility space leads off from the kitchen. There is a large dining table and the lounge has a 2 comfy sofas, arm chair and a TV (UK and Spanish channels). There is a lovely private outside dining and relaxing area leading straight from the living room with a large table and chairs, sofa and sun loungers. The house also boasts a fantastic 3rd floor roof terrace (including BBQ) with breathtaking views over La Concha Mountain.
