From the moment you step inside, you’ll be surrounded by thoughtfully curated decor and cozy furnishings, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing stay. Located just 5 minutes from downtown and close to public transit, this suite offers the best of both worlds—easy access to city life and a peaceful, private space to unwind. Whether you’re eager to explore the vibrant local scene or enjoy quiet time, you’ll find the perfect balance here. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, making it easy to prepare anything from simple snacks to gourmet meals. If dining out is more your style, a short stroll brings you to a nearby Italian grocery store and café, where you can indulge in authentic local flavors. For entertainment, kick back in the living room with a large-screen TV and complimentary access to popular streaming services like Prime. The bedroom is your personal sanctuary, complete with a plush queen bed with an Endy mattress to guarantee a restful night’s sleep. Please note: While the suite is fully private with its own bedroom, living area, and kitchen, the bathroom is located just outside the suite down the hall and is shared with one other guest. For your convenience, there are coin-operated laundry facilities in the basement, allowing you to easily refresh your wardrobe during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to this second story unit and full use of the front and backyard. Other things to note As noted above, the bathroom is located just outside the private suite and is shared with one other guest. It is kept very clean and guests have always been respectful. There are other units in this building and the sound does carry so we ask that there are quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. There is free street parking right out front EXCEPT during major Stadium events (football games and concerts - which aren’t that often). If you’re here during these events you’ll have to pay to park nearby or park a few blocks over. Please note we do not have air conditioning and this is a 2nd story suite so it does get quite warm in the summer months. However we provide a fan, and if you open windows at night and run the fan it will cool off significantly. Check in is 3pm (or anytime after), and checkout is 11am. Thank you for understanding that we cannot accommodate early check ins or late checkouts as we need the time in between guests to clean and prep the suite.
