The space The garden room has a full bed with futon mattress and foam topper, wall to wall closet, large antique dresser, green Pergo floor and locking french door. It’s across the hall from a shared beach-themed bathroom. The common spaces include: Indoor/outdoor living areas, designer kitchen with gas appliances a d dishwasher, dining area, laundry room with front loading W/D, and a gas fireplace. Mottled Vermont slate floors in common areas. Porcelain tile in the bathroom. The backyard has terraced patios and gardens. Enjoy the recumbent bike outside and the half mile walk up/down the street to Starbucks, Amici pizza, nail salons, Blinkies donuts, Italian subs, boutiques, Rib Ranch, liquor store. 3/4 mile to Whole Foods, Brothers sushi and more. 1+ mile to Trader Joes, Sprouts, FedEx, Rite-Aid and tons if other restaurants and shops. There are great hiking trails nearby at Serrenia Park and through the Santa Monica Mountains less than 2 miles away. As well as LA Fitness Signature Club. Guest access Shared front door, kitchen, dining, living room, laundry room, front porch and backyard. During your stay There may be other house guests at any given time on a separate floor. You don’t mind cats as the resident indoor cat will be present. Grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning service or driving, can all be arranged for an additional fee. Other things to note The garden room is ‘floating’ on 3 sides w/air. The garden view window faces a mini entry garden. Its possible to feel comfortable w/ the window open, especially at night.
