Ideal location to visit Lyon, direct access to many tourist sites, concert halls, congress or exhibition; or to get to your work, business or training appointments. If you come by car you will have a garage at your disposal. The space The apartment is 80 m2 with a spacious balcony of 7m2 Bedrooms and bathrooms: It includes 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 single beds convertible into 1 double bed with a top-of-the-range mattress topper. The bathroom are set with spacious bathtub and modern taps. A stock of towels is at your disposal. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are available. Kitchen / living room: The kitchen is open on a very bright living room. Basic products for cooking are available. The living room is equipped with a large TV, with wifi connection and Netflix/Prime Video access. Located on the 7th floor, you will have an unobstructed view from the bay window of the balcony and the kitchen window. Guest access You have the whole apartment and the garage at your disposal. The apartment is intended to receive travelers and is not cluttered with personal effects. I will make myself available to welcome you if my schedule allows it, otherwise a friend of mine or a secure key box will give you the keys on your arrival. During your stay I will always be reachable by phone and at your disposal to guide you in Lyon and respond to your requests. Other things to note >> In case of booking for 1 or 2 people, the price displays for one double bedroom. If you want a seperated bedroom, 10€ per room will be charged. In case of booking for 3 people, the price displays for the use of 2 bedrooms. If you want to use the 3rd bedroom, 10 euros per night will be charged.
