The balcony and its comfy furniture are a dream, Sunrise and Sunset are a sight to behold (so I've been told 🤣). We even installed a TV, premium speaker and mood lighting on the balcony for that special loungy summer vibe, features I assure you that you will not find anywhere in Cartagena. The unit has all the convenience of a home stay (Smart TVs, hi-speed wifi, AC & fans in every room etc). A washer & dryer (a MUST in sunny, beachy & sandy Cartagena) are also provided, not a convenience often found in most listings. A safe, an iron, ironing board & hair dryer help complete the home away from home vibe. We offer 10% off weekly and 20% off monthly stays. The building has 2 pools, rooftop and beach level, gym etc. The beach is a 1 short minute walk away, Downtown and the walled city (city center) a hop and a skip away, a 10 minute cab ride and costs less than $4 USD. Available on the premises on level 7 we have a secured parking spot for your vehicle if you traveled by car or rented one at the airport, a luxury item in that area as you will find out. An add-on service that we're happy to provide free of charge. I have a wonderful cook that prepares my meals when I'm in town. If you would like to taste some delicious Colombian specialties, let me know ahead of time so you can book her time for an additional fee. Also let me know if you need a reliable driver to take you around or pick you up at the airport. And finally if you're like me and try to stay in shape even during your vacations, I have a Personal Trainer that helps me stay focus and on target.
