The solid dining table (3.40 m x 0.95 m) can accommodate up to 14 people – perfect for breakfast together or social cooking evenings. The best way to end the day is in the cozy lounge furniture on the 38-square-meter roof terrace with panoramic views or on the comfortable sofa in the living room. Fully equipped dream kitchen No counting, no constant washing! Our kitchen is equipped far beyond the standard: - Plenty of dishes, cups, glasses & wine glasses for up to 15 people – there really is more than enough of everything! - Generous selection of cooking and baking utensils -Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, microwave, kettle & toaster Sleeping arrangement & bed configuration There are a total of 4 bedrooms and flexible sleeping options available: Bedroom 1: double bed + bunk bed (for up to 4 people) Bedroom 2: Double bed + large sofa bed for 2 people (for up to 4 people) Bedroom 3: Double bed (for 2 persons) Bedroom 4: Flexible bed, convertible to a double bed (for 1–2 people) Additional extra beds (2 pieces): Can be placed according to your needs – either 1 each in bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 or both together in bedroom 2. A large bathroom and a separate guest toilet ensure a relaxed morning routine even when fully occupied. For the little ones: On request, we will be happy to provide you with a baby travel cot and a high chair. Guest access Easy & flexible check-in: So that you can arrive completely relaxed and without time pressure, check-in is completely self-service via a key safe with a PIN code. You will receive the code and all details in good time before your arrival. How to reach the apartment: The penthouse is located on the 3rd floor of the house. After unlocking the main entrance door, you can go directly upstairs via the central staircase to your own, completely separate apartment door. Note: Since the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and the building has no elevator, you should plan on climbing a few stairs when packing your suitcase – you will be rewarded upstairs with a unique panoramic view over the whole of Bad Mergentheim! Other things to note Other things to note Linens & towels: Freshly provided for each guest and fully included in the price – you don't have to bring anything extra! Bicycles & e-bikes: Your bicycles can be safely parked in our garage or on the premises. Washing machine: A washing machine is available to you in the house and can be used for a small fee. Wi-Fi & working: Fast Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the apartment (also ideal for workations). Parking: Free parking is available right in the public area on the street in front of the house. Tourist tax in Bad Mergentheim: As a state-recognized spa, the city charges a visitor's tax per person (18 years and above) per night. This amount is paid in cash on site and is not included in the rental price. Exception: Business travelers, conference guests and participants in further training courses are exempt from the tourist tax upon presentation of appropriate proof.
