Penthouse perfect for families, groups & teams

Your getaway in beautiful Bad Mergentheim begins with a view of the entire city from the large rooftop terrace. With this special accommodation, all the important points of interest are close by, making it very easy to plan your stay. You can reach the spa park on foot in about 5-8 minutes and the city center in about 15 minutes. The Solymar thermal baths are also perfectly accessible on foot; it takes about 10 minutes. The space The apartment is spacious and offers plenty of space for the whole family, a trip with friends or work colleagues. On the great roof terrace, the evenings will certainly be unforgettable. The apartment consists of four bedrooms, a large bathroom and a separate guest toilet. All four rooms are each furnished with double beds. In the large bedroom no. 1 there is also a bunk bed. The fourth room is equipped as standard with a single bed, with 2 mattresses lying on top of each other. This bed can be pulled out and thus becomes a double bed. In addition to the beds in the rooms, we have a sofa bed and two more extra beds. The rooms can accommodate up to 10 people. There are three additional sleeping places as described above. Overall, the apartment is large enough and also equipped accordingly to experience a great stay with up to 13 people. On request, we will gladly provide you with a travel crib/highchair for the very little ones. At the center of the light-flooded apartment is the large living and dining area with a very spacious dining table (3.4 m long/95 cm wide with space for up to 14 people) where everyone can relax together in the day or enjoy a great meal. The evening is best ended in good weather on the roof terrace in the lounge or cozily in the living room ;-) The kitchen is equipped with basic equipment for up to 15 people as well as incl. kettle, toaster and a Senseo pad machine. Other things to note - We are happy to provide bed linens and towels, and they are included in the price - The washing machine can be used for a small for a small fee - Bicycles can be parked in the garage - Since there is a tourist tax in Bad Mergentheim, a local tax is payable, per guest (aged 18 and over) & night The amount of the tourist tax is settled in cash on site and is not included in the rental price.
