Cozy three bedroom house for your stay in Newark Delaware. Not far from the University of Delaware and very close to Main Street. My home is also right of isle 95 in case you want to travel to Wilmington or Philadelphia during the day. House is very clean, smells great with everything you would need for your stay. Large back patio to soak up some sun and plenty of room to enjoy your stay. Very cozy, warm and quiet. Front yard for picnics or any recreational activity. Phone, email or Airbnb app. Neighborhood is quiet for the most part. Local uber or lyft are available. So is cab or bus service. University is also in walking distance. Available parking for two vehicles only.
