Located at the lower level of the hill on the way up to Aeries Winery, so you can walk a block downhill to the bar district or take the Sky Tour to the winery. It's at short walk to unique shops, wineries & restaurants. The water park is just 1 mi. away-2 blocks to our 5 star marina, 5 mi. to Pere Marquette State Park to dine, hike & rock climb. There really is something for everyone in Grafton! There is also a game room that features a shuffle board & dart board. The space There are three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and tv. There is also a small balcony off every bedroom with a small table and chairs for two you can enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap. There’s a full kitchen with an eat in bar and table for 6, large living room area, and a balcony that faces the bluff on the Great River Road. Everything you need is provided! Linens, towels, coffee pot, cooking utensils, pots and pans and dishes. There is also a toaster, microwave, and a crock pot. Guest access The entire Villa. I do not rent out single rooms. Other things to note From this location, you are also just 30 miles from St. Louis Lambert Airport and alI St. Louis has to offer. You can also cross The Grafton Ferry (May thru Mid-Nov.) into St. Charles. The pool is a shared amenity for all Villa owners, of which many live here year round; this is their home. Out of respect for the owners and paying guests, please note the following pool rules: • Only registered guests are allowed in the pool and pool area. • The pool is open from 10:00-8:00 & these times are not negotiable • No glass is allowed at the pool. • No hanging from the backboard. • Clean up everything you bring to the pool Failure to adhere to these rules will result in a $50 fine per incident to your credit card on file.
