The house sleeps 6 pax but can be modified up to 12 pax by providing 2 queen mattress We have a newly built venue hall for weddings, birthdays, reunions, christenings .Bring the whole gang family and friends. . Our big house has large high-ceilinged Sala , all rooms have a/c, dining table and chairs, hot showers, TV netflix. The small hall for 30 pax tables and chairs is included in the rent. The bigger hall can be rented for extra fee. We have available tables and chairs for rent. The space Qoute is entrace good for 30 pax for the pool. Sleeps 6 comfortably but can be modified up to 12 pax . House accommodation: First room 1 queen bed, sleeps 2 guest, Second room 2 queen beds, sleeps 4 guests ( adjoining rooms for family). to accommodate more... we will provide 2 queen matters and 2 guest must sleep on the long sofa. pls note big hall pictures with decorations is for demonstration purposes only. We can provide a number to call for catering services as well as decoration and rental for tables and chairs. the small hall is already included in rental. It has table and chairs good for 30 pax Guest access its a 10-12 minutes drive from Ramon town proper, 30-45 mins drive to Santiago city on a cemented road. you can park inside our gated residence. 3 cars can park inside the property. xtra vehicles need to park on the side of the road or at the barangay hall ( we need to arrange in advance) Other things to note house rules: Quiet time is 9pm no loud music after 9pm no shouting after 9pm observe barangay ordinance..
